Jewellery Care

Store your jewellery in the original packaging to avoid prolonged exposure to air and scratches.
To clean the CZ stones, use a soft bristle toothbrush and brush the stone inside out with hand soap and rinse. Once done, dry with hairdryer.
Remove jewellery before swimming and/or applying products i.e. Perfume, hairspray, lotion, etc.
We recommend customers put on jewelry last when dressing and take off first when undressing.
Jewelry must not be exposed to chlorine or salt water, as this will dull the appearance.
Avoid hard contact i.e. knocking against objects that can scratch the jewel.
We provide complimentary cleaning service for our silver jewelleries at our physical store.

RING SIZE Guide

All of our ring sizes shown in our website are in HK sizing.

If you have an existing ring, measure the inner diameter of your ring by putting a ruler horizontally on top of your ring. Do ensure that your ruler is placed in the middle of your ring. Then, match it to the inner diameter guide below to find your appropriate ring size.

We deliver by GD Express Courier with a flat rate of RM8 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM14 for Sabah & Sarawak. We aim to process your order within 24 hours of working days (Saturdays & Sundays are not considered as working days). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from us to track the status of your item.

Your order should reach you within 2-4 (Peninsular Malaysia) & 7-14 (Sabah & Sarawak) working days from the dispatch day.

Please note that after we have dispatched out your order to the courier company, we will not be responsible for your parcels.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

We thank you for your purchase.

Prior to shipping, all orders are carefully checked and packaged.

Kindly note that we are only able to provide exchange in limited circumstances. Exchanges are not eligible due to change of mind.

Please do contact us directly within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently.

Items returned for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn and in its original packaging with any related protective covers or boxes.

All returns must be shipped back to us within seven (7) days of receipt.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will notified you by email when your return has been processed.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Earrings are strictly not eligible for an exchange due to hygiene purposes.
